QFest Catering Application

QFest invites you, as registered mobile food vendors, to submit an application for trading at QFest, from 12pm Friday 25th September 2020, through to 12pm Monday 28th September 2020.

Scope of Event

  • This event is managed by the QFest committee with the support of the Shire of Cue. The weekend consists of live music, food, licensed areas, craft stalls and art exhibitions as well live street performances as well.

  • Food vendors are required to submit their application to trade by 30th July 2020

  • All food vendors will be notified if their application is successful or unsuccessful by COB 7th August 2020.

  • Vendors must be fully self sufficient, including own power, shade, staff, cash/eftpos facilities and equipment. QFest will be providing outdoor café tables and chairs throughout Austin St  for people to sit and enjoy the performances and your menu.

  • Vendors must be set up and ready to trade Friday 25th September 2020 at 12pm. Vendors will not be permitted to move until the close of the festival at 12pm on Monday 28th September 2020 (unless you are taking a space at the Saturday night or Sunday night event).

  • QFest will ensure there is enough space for you and we encourage you to have your vehicle in position by 9am on Friday 25th September, to enable staff to set up any other decorations/ tables around you.

  • There are two levels of trade for this event.

    • Level 1 - Austin St location only. No fee payable​

    • Level 2 - Austin St Location during the day. Exclusive position at the Headline Act Venue on Saturday and Sunday Night. $200 fee payable.

  • All food vendors are responsible for complying with the relevant  Environmental Health and Safety Regulation and Food Safety Standards.
